Marcella needs help
The woman should not be working. She needs intensive neurologic and mental health counseling, There was a brief scene of Marcella visiting her doctor about blackouts. I don't recall, but I do not believe she was honest with him about the immense violence associated with her blackouts. She is getting in the way of her own investigation.
