Why is every remotely political thriller now having something about thr 25th amendment?
This show and Homeland both are trying to get rid of the Presidents for different reasons. The idea that the lame VP that Kirkman appointed would turn on him like this was a bad a plot twist as Kirkman's psychiatrist keeping tapes in his office that could be hacked.
I've never met a psychiatrist or psychologist that acknowledged making tapes of this patients sessions since they would be a huge liability economically and legally if they ever were stolen. But most of this shows plot points are based on the same kind of nonsense.
Horrible show.
