So the New Yorker regards Little Sister as the best movie of 2016. But I'm surprised with rating here. Is it worth watching?

I'm watching it right now due to the New Yorker recommendation, nearly finished, have debated several times whether or not to abandon ship. It's merely okay. I would never have it on my list of the year's best.

Not. it isn't the best movie of 2016. It's not even near it. It's an average movie at most.

OK movie and nothing more, certainly nowhere near the best of 2016.
