the alien pod with Jake Gyllenhaal landed on Earth and not pod B?...

Guess its just me. Anywho, this is very reasonably possible scenario in the way humans handle situations in space which lead to its demise in the movie. Reminded me of: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Nowak the astronaut diaper woman :p

I just hope if such a situation occurs they don't use electric prods or thick layered plastic on a growing living lifeform. They just broke protocol after protocol after protocol and got everyone killed cause they all got emotional and friggin crap like that.

I thought it was awesome and I found it very exciting. I looked over at my dad and we both and big smiles on our faces. It definitely was my favorite part; I'm glad it didn't end happily with everything going as planned.
