You never go 'full oscar'

Didn't Bradley get the memo, man you NEVER go full Oscar!

But Bradley either no know or no listen bc here we have a biopic, he directs, he wears prosthetics (big fake nose that got him in trouble), its a journey into old age, = pls Academy I done all you asked, now gimmie best picture/director/actor pleeeeaaasse! (on knees begging)

The trick is if you want to win all the Oscars and Baftas you have to do in such a way it don't LOOK like you are doing it (bit like acting itself) - see Nolan/Oppenheimer, Scott/Gladiator, Cameron/Titanic, Mel/Braveheart etc (some of those you really get the impression they didn't set out to or didn't even realise they were making an Oscar winning film)

Seeing Bradleys miserable face at the Baftas last night where Maestro won nothing made me think damn you got worse to come dawg! (Nolan has them all the Oscars already in the bag , no one else even need turn up. a critically acclaimed biopic that made a billion $?! no chance for anyone else this year!)

Bradley Cooper
2024 Nominee Oscar

Best Motion Picture of the Year

sitting at a 6.6 rating on IMDB, this is what constitutes the best of the best?

reply

oscars=shit.

The best of the best movies DO NOT "WIN" OSCARS.

reply

i'm surprised it even was nominated considering it's hardly diverse,
how did the production meet the diversity quota the Oscars introduced a couple of years ago?

reply

Rookie mistake. It happens.

reply

Considering this was a “Jewish” pic I would imagine it would sweep the Oscar’s !

Pro-tip Bradley:Try making an interesting movie for once.
