Very few, actually. And those few are not placed at the bottom as is usual, but are part of the shot. In most of the scenes where she is signing, the other characters either say what she signs, or they respond in such a way as to convey to the audience what she said.

You won't "waste" your money reading subtitles.

Her husband usually says things out loud after she uses her sign language so you might be able to get it. There are Russians in the movie who speak in their native tongue. I say no more than 20% is subtitled.

You will not be helped to understand the movie until it is released with subtitles. Rent it on a streaming service when it comes out. It is an interesting movie, I liked it.

In my estimation, I would say it’s less than 25%. And like others said, there are several instances where her two friends convey what she says. With their voices, yes. :)

I found the subtitles (including the Russian dialogue) probably the easiest to follow in a film. The neatest, too. Kudos to Del Toro and his team.
