Or at least the way she was written.She came off as obnoxiously over confident.The spirits at the Overlook and Rose's group came off as far less threatening because Abra treated them as though they were about as threatening as a paper cut.other than that it was a decent movie.
shareIn my opinion they made Abra too powerful. Why did Danny need to take her to the Overlook Hotel to use the ghosts to kill Rose Hat when, it seemed to me, little Abra was just as powerful or more so than Rose. They didn't need Overlook Ghosts to kill her.
Her name is cute though, Abra, as in Abra Cadabra. Magic words. LOL.
True.She was the weakest part of the movie for me.Roses group aren't much of a threat against her powers and she shows an unrealistic lack of fear for a child her age.

Every time they go up against Abra and Danny they get their asses handed to them.
Yeah but she's exactly like that in the book, just finished reading it
