Agree. Bored.
The film started out with promise, but really does fall into just a long slog into boredom- waiting and waiting for this overbearing "intensity" to get real. It never does.
Admittedly, I wasn't paying too much attention towards the end, but The Bay of Silence does in fact require a little Wikipedia and ending spoilers to tie it all together, likely because it's able to dull your interest as it tries to get the whole thing over with.
