The father ( sequel ) spoilers .....
So i've read that there may be a chance that in a planned sequel they might find a cure for the virus and that the father may be one of those who is 'turned' back in being a normal human again !
Have to say i really hope they go with this idea ! obviously its only internet rumours etc , but it would be heartwarming to have the daughter and father reunited somehow :)
Yeah he must have picked up injuries falling from the train at the end , but it looked like when the virus took hold , that in 'zombie' form injuries were not having the same impact as they would a normal human body , so here's hoping !
