Good film! (Spoilers)

I liked the self contained story aspect. There were no lame flashbacks. No useless dialogue. Great supporting performances. Elements of the film Locke staring Tom Hardy. As far as fathers who bring their family (his daughter) into their criminal lives plots go, this was brief enough to not be annoying. It was a little unclear what happened with the philly gangster/ wife swap scene. How did the wife get away? The big question for me at the end, was he shot? He had a look on his face like he could have been bleeding out.

I would welcome a sequel, and maybe even a franchise as long as it avoids all the obvious cliches ie “his family gets killed somehow and now he has nothing to lose...”

Tight runtime is always a plus.

It was okay. Definetely reminded me of Locke and also Drive, except both were much better than this. To be honest I was expecting a lot more car chases and when we finally got one it was pretty lame. The short runtime is a plus for sure.

Not a bad movie but also not anything special. A one time watch. 6/10

I thought it was better than Locke and WAY better than Drive. Drive was way too stupid.

I can see why you'd like this more than Locke but come on, Drive is on another level.

I know I'm in the minority but there were a LOT of really stupid things in Drive.

Yeah, it was more fun than I expected it to be...

Kept it tight and held suspense well for the most part... Also, I liked how they kept the teenager's screen time limited as well as how we stayed in a car perspective for nearly the whole movie...

I thought the visual style was good as the action and orientation of the cars/bikes were always clear and understood... that helped to keep the action engaging... Helps if you have a big screen.

I would have liked more car action, but I wasn't expecting this to be Ronin ;)

Frank Grillo was good in this... I really think he kept me interested in the story and you can read so much in his acting, despite how limited the situations and the space are...

Entertaining movie, worth a casual watch for sure... Did it get a theatrical release? I think it could have done alright.
