Trial was 4 or 5 months after the crash which was more realistic than most courtroom procedurals as most trials take months if not a year or more to get to court.

shareThe scene on the street when Bull first met the pilot mentioned or flashed that it was 4 months later. That is how I know it was 4 months later.
