Apparently Weatherly decided he had enough. Maybe he's got another role lined up. I think that's why he left NCIS, wasn't it?

At least he didn't spring it on them at the last minute like Stephen Amell and Jim Parsons did to the casts of their shows.

Just as well there isn't much they can do with this show and the cast always look like they are acting. You can see them waiting for their moment to deliver their lines like a stage play or old TV show.

NCIS has sucked since he left it, maybe DiNozzo can make a comeback.
