I am a little over half way through the book and it has been a long time since I've felt this invested in a novel and its characters. Anyone know who the show compares? Is it worth the watch?

I didn't know there was a TV show. I love the book but didn't like the film so I'll have a look at this.

It's just coming out on Hulu! I love Elisabeth Moss who is playing Offred, so heres to hoping!

I read the book a long time ago and haven't yet seen the show. It's been released already?

Given that Elizabeth Moss stars in it, and is based on a Margaret Atwood novel, I have high hopes that it's good.

Yeah, if Moss is in it, I'll watch it, although I didn't care for the book that much. I found the characters annoying.

I liked the book, but then I'm an Atwood fan. It was very bleak, though, with a dissonant tone to it.
