Adonis has a small skull for a supposed heavyweight. I noticed his skull size is comparable to Bianca's yet she is quite petite. Now compared to Adonis vs Balboa's skull size there is a significant size advantage for Balboa. However, when you compare Balboa skull size with Apollo Creed, Mr. T, and Tommy Gunn they're all comparable in size.

I’m not arguing whether Adonis has a small head. He has a peanut head for sure. But Stallone’s head has grown for sure since original movie.
