Honestly, when this came out, no one, black or white, had a problem with the title.. We certainly so live in a very sensitive society in 2024

Either you weren't around when it came out or weren't paying attention. White people didn't like the title, and black people used it as an excuse to ridicule white people often. It spawned a bunch of rebuttals from white people like "black men can't read" or "black men can't stay out of prison".
I'm older than probably 95% of this site at almost 58, so spare me and YES, no one had a problem with this back in the day.. No one.. Black, white, Asian, NO ONE
