It starts out good and has some funny parts, but then it just develops into constant racial jokes and slow motion basketball. By the end, I just didn't care whether they won or not. 5/10
I can't remember at all what happens in the original so will have to re-watch that to compare.
Re-watched the original and it's way better. Snipes, Harrelson and Perez all have great chemistry. The acting, comedy and basketball scenes (except for the last game which was all boring slow motion) were exceptionally better. The film does drag a bit at the end and it is a bit anti-climatic, but comparing the two, the original is a slam dunk and I would give it a 7/10.
