I don't dislike Logan Marshall-Green for his role in Prometheus but I am a touch more careful getting any hopes up for anyone who was involved in that movie (Although Mission: Impossible - Fallout was made better by me imagining Sean Harris' character talking about rocks during it).
Reactions seem mixed on this one so far and so please, my fellow Movie Chatters, is this a better story than that of Prometheus (2012).
Don't avoid just because of LMG. He's great in this. You should also check out the massively underrated series Quarry which he is the lead in that was unjustly cancelled.
Also, Upgrade is superior to that pile of crap that is Prometheus in every way.

I've nothing against LMG as an actor, it's just that Prometheus was so bad that it has tainted everyone involved with it for a long time to my mind. I thought that it was an absolutely horrendous movie.
IMO LMG sucked in Prometheus, regardless of however much the movie itself did or didn't suck. He's sucked in everything I've seen him in. Just a flat. generic, unappealing actor. Thankfully this movie wasn't hampered by him, sort of like Keanu Reeves not hampering The Matrix or John Wick.
