Was anyone else surprised that........(SPOILER)....

Brad Pitt's character did not meet a violent end? I thought for sure that Pitt's character was going to die a violent death, especially at the Spahn ranch. I kept waiting for the explosive death scene but was gratefully surprised when that did not happen....

I didn't hear many spoilers, but one I did hear was that Pitt's character dies. It wasn't until the credits rolled that I felt relief, lol.

What added to the dread I kept feeling toward the anticipation of doom for Pitt's character was how likable he made the role.

reply

Yes, that honestly surprised me.

reply

and he was the one dishing out the punishment in the end

reply

And that was so satisfying. I felt like clapping and cheering when he was beating up those psychos.

reply

That's the word for it. Satisfying.

That Spahn ranch scene was so tense and after that I was worried till the end that Pitt's character will not make it. It was great how things went in the end. Loved the movie.

I honestly didn't know what to think. I did think it was possible that he wouldn't get out of Spahn Ranch alive. I was very anxious with the Spahn Ranch scene and also dreaded the ending scene at Rick's house. I was so relieved that Cliff's dog, Cliff and Rick took care of those Manson family a-holes.

reply

I was expecting it to be mistaken identity, the Manson followers see Dalton's car in town, trail it back to Cielo and then attack the wrong house.

The ending was incredibly satisfying.

reply

Deliciously satisfying!
