That's a good point...considering how much fanfare (press) there must have been around the release of a murdered author's book, I'm sure it wasn't any secret who was behind getting it to the presses. There'd have been a whole thing about that, I'm sure.
Not sure if the Dr was privy to Beck's Facebook or not though. But considering the guy didn't do anything, I'd have a hard time imagining that they'll actually be able to convict him of the murders. Even the planted evidence. Because he's completely innocent, meaning that it probably wouldn't take much in the way of perceptiveness for detectives to realize he's sincerely 'blown away' by the charges, especially all the details behind them, all the things he supposedly did to cover up etc. Its all a surprise to him and he'll likely react accordingly.
And he's a relatively wealthy, middle-aged white guy, smart enough to be a psychologist...nah, I don't buy that he's going to prison, myself.
