I'm not American, nor is English my native language... what does the title mean?

I guess the KKK in the middle of the word is related to the Ku Klux Klan which is a white supremacist group... but I still don't understand the meaning of the title.

Black-kkklans-man? A black man who is part of the KKK? Is that it?

You've pretty much got it already. A Klansman is a member of the Ku Klux Klan. Ron infiltrated the KKK and became a black Klansman. Take "black Klansman" and interpose "KKK" and you get "BlacKkKlansman".
