annoying teenagers

The way Susie was with her uncle was awful. Now, I know there ended up being good reason for it down the line. But initially she's just horrible. She essentially says she told her dad she was ready for the responsibility, but has changed her mind because she's scared. So her reaction is to literally lock her uncle in the room, and get herself worked up, making it worse. Really she's pretty abusive. And then later wanting to check out the home before moving him there, as if she really cares.

I'm in my mid-30s, and you know that cliche saying about how you know you're fully an adult when you watch a teen show and find yourself agreeing with the adults? I have never felt that so hard. The kids on this show are all rash and hotheaded and expect to be the exceptions at each turn, and could use with listening to the adults (who in turn could be more communicative)
