...I can't help but feel that the boys needed more supervision and structure in their lives. Yes, they showed both parents as loving in their own way but I feel also that the parents weren't as attentive as they could have been and that led to a lack of boundaries and security for the boys.
shareThats because the parents were dysfunctional as F&&*K. Both parents were abusive in their own right. The father was more intimidating but the mother was volatile and unpredictable. Supervision? These kids were struggling to survive. There were times they had no food. The saddest part is that so many kids live exactly that life. Until they can get away, if at all possible.
