that silly Fantabolus Emancipation title is still up there (as its still on IMDB)

The title hasn't changed because that's the title. WB only had it changed for ticket sites to make it easier for people to find the movie. The full title hasn't changed as a WB rep pointed out last week.

"Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn..." dear God... *shakes head* who does this really appeal to any more? "Emancipation," like Harley Quinn is a freed slave? How naïve and immature do you have to be to buy into this fourth-grade-level Sisterhood thing?
