I really thought this was gonna be about her kicking ass like You're Next. Was disappointed that she was basically a helpless damsel up until the end.
I haven't felt this betrayed since Rec 3, where I thought I'd see a woman in a wedding dress slicing up zombies with a chainsaw (for more than 4 minutes).
I enjoyed it. It was not You're Next and you put the bar pretty damn high if you were expecting that.

As helpless as she was, she actively did what she could to survive in the situation. Attempting to use the elephant gun, climbing out of the goat pit, ripping her flesh to get to the road, taking out the butler which caused a car crash.... She's no Sarah Conner, but she was certainly effective in her disposition.
