A couple of parts of this were a helluva lot of fun (spoilers!)
1) The bus scene. Great, cheesy violence with a lot of dark humor, with music that was a bizarre match to the fun.
2) The great car chase scene with Pat Benatar blaring "Heartbreaker" throughout, while a veritable super-soldier rips through a small army yet again. Someone had a real sense of humor and some fun making this movie.
