The Scott Tucker episode
The dude is shady, no doubt about it, but as far as I can tell he didn't do anything differently than any other payday loan company. He just found a loophole to operate in certain states where others couldn't.
Frankly, the entire payday loan business is predatory as hell, but I don't see why he should be singled out. He was clever enough to outsmart the government and that's what pissed them off, I think.
