Can anyone explain to me the meaning of the dog in the film?
Is there any metaphor that I should be aware?
*It is wet and was shaking for water two times
*Came unexpected
*It seems nobody else noticed the dog, except for the young woman (aka Lucy)
By the end of this movie I was more concerned of the talking animated pig and had forgotten about the dog. Yeah, I don’t know what that meant. This movie was a trip!
shareI think the dog is dead. There is an urn in Jake’s bedroom labeled Jimmy. I assumed it was the dog although I still don’t get the physics portion of this movie.
shareI did some reading and apparently it's based on a book where Jimmy commits suicide and the entire movie is him looking back on this life as he's dying.
That doesn't answer anything about the dog, but tbh, I don't see much of anything meaning much of anything in this movie. It was all a suicidal fever dream.
