A post apocalyptic movie
I consider this movie to be a post apocalyptic movie more so than a war movie. Most of the movie the main character is walking us through strange post apocalyptic environments littered with the remains of unworldly battles and destruction. The movie has a sort of surrealistic feel to it as we embark on a journey through the absurdity of conflicts between men and I dare say, the movie has an existentialist quality to it as it makes us wonder how and why.
