Wow they seriously had Dan trash Mark like that?

I thought it was nice Becky bringing up Mark, then Dan out of the blue started shitting all over him, saying he was why Becky's drinking, well yeah lets all shit on the dead guy for dying and causing his wife to grief and start drinking.

Then Dan said if Mark really loved Becky he'd have died sooner, I'm sorry but that line was fucking terrible, mainly cause the actor who played Mark is really dead. And correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't Dan on good terms with Mark when he was around him in one of the last seasons? i remember the one episode of him telling David Mark works hard and makes the most of what he has and he was proud of him.

I'm sorry i know its a character in the show they're talking about but it just kinda rubbed me the wrong way since the actor is really dead, and Dan saying he should've died sooner was in bad taste.

As if its all Mark's fault Becky wasn't a huge success, i mean Darlene was going to college and didn't have a guy making her move anywhere and she still failed and came back to live at home with nothing.

And Dan did the same as Mark, wasn't he kind of a punk in highschool? and Roseanne a few times brought up how she wanted to do more things and hinted cause she got married she gave up her dreams and didn't get to accomplish what she wanted to and got stuck in a dead end job poor with nothing. She even gave Darlene a pep talk in one episode telling her to get the hell out of Landford and to not end up like her. So Dan has no right to talk.
