share...Spoilers..........There was no crash, it was all a setup as an experiment to discipline the girls.

shareThey were never drowned, they were drugged and the plane made to look like a crash.
One girl was already hurt before the "setup" so she did die.
they were in the water at the beginning. it was dangerous. what if one wasn't a good swimmer.
shareNo, she panicked at the last moment because she decided against the entire experiment, started running on the pier, slipped, hit her side as she fell in the water and caused internal bleeding.
The girl that died was one of the instructors.
all the girls were in the water not just the one who died.
shareThe girl that died(instructor) was hurt while the plane was made to look like a crash so they placed the "hurt instructor" in the water along with the others while they were drugged and in the water to make it look to the rest that she was also part of the crash.
