This film had a LOT of potential and executed most of it...
I just can't process the ending. I get it and understand it, but it was such a letdown to the massive buildup of anxiety and possibility of coming face to face with the Devil. Maybe that was the point? I don't know. One thing can be said, I have the director on my radar now because most of the movie, although having some weakness, was an intense buildup and had me on the edge of my seat until the end.
