The blackmail note pretty much blew it for me
If you're going to blackmail someone, why only show a part of the toxicology report and not the full results? Ransom was smart enough to use proton mail to encrypt his messages so he wouldn't be identified but wasn't smart enough to photoshop the toxicology report to show that Harlan had morphine in his system and then send it to Marta to trick her into actually thinking that she killed Harlan so she'd confess?
