Interesting
Saw it in the cinema today. It's perhaps a little slow but beautifully shot - both the landscape and the different styles of filming. For many shots I was thinking early christian iconography but others were more flamboyant to match the (to my eye) almost Georgian setting. I thought the whole cast was excellent and wouldn't be surprised if Dev Patel was considered for awards for his performance.
It's not a Knights in Armour and derring-do type of film - which would come as no surprise to anyone vaguely familiar with The Green Knight. In fact I was surprised to find the film it reminded me most of was Tarkovsky's Solaris.
