One power NO ONE has (makes no sense)

I have read a lot of comics in my time - or whoever owns the time, I don't know.

I have watched many, many movies and TV shows. My eyeballs have received millions of photonic flows from television screens while they were broadcasting cartoons.

This means, my brains have been exposed to quite a number of 'very powerful' characters. They have had all kinds of powers, many (too many, in fact) have been told or implied to be 'omnipotent' or something close to omnipotent.

There is one particular being called 'Beyonder', which is supposed to be SO omnipotent, that everything that exists exactly the way it does, does so ONLY because HE will is to be so (which contradicts quite a lot of what happens to, around, with, because of, etc. him, but whatever).

It's peculiar, though.. that the reader always has one power that goes beyond (no pun intended) anything any of these magical superpowered sorcerers and Cosmic Entities have. Not even Galactus has ever truly had this power - for some reason.

This reminds me of how a viewer of a movie can have a very different perspective even to time travel. In Back to the Future Part II, they go 'into the future' near the beginning of the movie, which will be the past for the viewer in the future, when they return to the 'altered present'.

Now, for these time travelers, their OWN past is somehow inaccessible, because Biff altered the future by altering the past (although somehow Biff is allowed to return to the past future just fine, so why can't they? I don't buy the whole 'ripple effect being slow'-explanation, because that would require its own explanation).

So they can't go to the future to go to their own past, but the watcher of the movie CAN do this by going back to the beginning of the movie. So why can the viewer go to the past that the time traveler can't access?

This means, with comics, movies, TV shows, the viewer is totally free to 'see into the future' (*GASP*!), where The Emperor, Darth Vader, Yoda, Kenobi, Luke, Leia, Dr. Strange, Wong, Ancient One, .. do I have to keep listing? Think of any and all 'superpowered' beings you are aware of (real or fictional - of course saying this is like saying this product can ONLY be used indoors or outdoors - like, what else is there? In the middle of the door?)... can't.

So viewer of the Star Wars movies can do things the most powerful, telekinetic beings within that universe can't.

Think of just HOW many problems would be solved, if omnipotent beings were even SLIGHTLY omniscient!

If they could actually KNOW things.. they should, but they can't, so the movie/comic/story can happen. It's so silly to read the Beyonder's wacky adventures in 'Secret Wars II' and have him CONSTANTLY ask questions, wonder things, NOT KNOW things and so on. He should be OMNISCIENT, and we are _TOLD_ this fact numerous times, but then he reverts instantly back to 'having to be told you should not eat the glass or plates, but only the food'.

What kind of omnipotence even CAN exist without omniscience? It would be like toddler would have to maintain the Universe in all its glory without knowing ANYTHING about it. Even with the POWER to do so, how would that work? Soon, there would be nothing but some toys and candy floating around, and that would be the whole Universe.

You can't have someone be so supremely powerful they can levitate things with their mind, and yet they can't have even the tiniest CLUE of what Wanda _MIGHT_ be doing next or where she might be, when she rests/sleeps/mindwalks (or whatever, can't be bothered to research), so she could be surprise-attacked by some stealthy or telekinetic force or someone with a portal or or OR!!... etc.

It's just so, so very stupid, when you think about it. All these ridiculous powerful beings, but they CAN NOT KNOW things. They can't see the future, and if they can, they have to say things like 'future is in motion, so I can't see anything' (I am paraphrasing).

Like what the F?

Wouldn't people learn clairvoyance of at least SOME kind of primitive level WAY before they can learn telekinesis? Clairvoyance is so much more harmless than telekinesis, where you can actually explode/implode someone's brain just because you are angry at them, but with clairvoyance, you can only get some info.

Why can't Wanda see the future and realize things, so she doesn't have to be so insane and stupid with her powers and also see her plan makes no sense?

Why can't Wong see slightly into the future, see exactly how to defeat Wanda with the proper, maybe sneaky usage of the sling rings, etc.? So when Wanda appears, Wong would be ready to ambush her together maybe with some invisibility spell or whatnot, and BAM! No more Wanda!

When you start asking this question, pretty much ANY 'powerful being', villain, neutral or protagonist, will crumble to dust, because for all their (omni)potence, they are just a cartoon, because THEY CAN NOT KNOW THINGS, or the story can't happen.

Stories > Logic/making sense..

BEWARE! Avortac4 is a troll trying to waste everyone's time with such idiotic comments. Look at his posts. He doesn't think anything in any film makes sense. His post may seem like it makes sense in the first sentence or two. But he always quickly wanders off into a completely idiotic idea, and then writes a wall of text that makes no sense. And his sole purpose is to waste your time, thinking he's cute for doing so. Don't feed the troll. If you write a comment, you're giving this troll EXACTLY what he wants. Don't comment after my comment.
