They recently changed the name back to Sycamore Valley Ranch. They are having a hard time selling this place. The original price was $100M. As of 03/01/2019 it is listed at $39M. I guess nobody wants to sleep in an "alleged" child molester rape house.

Personally, if someone stuck me with the place, I'd hire a team of varied spiritual practitioners to banish evil influences, and then a forensic team to go over every inch with corpse-sniffing dogs, before turning it into housing for disadvantaged seniors.
