What do you think he told Tyler when

He whispered in his ear?

reply

I think that he told Tyler that he was really low and a disgusting human being for having invited Margot to that restaurant knowing that everyone there was going to die that night. Tyler holding chef's opinions in such high regard became unbearably depressed causing him to go to the back and hang himself.

reply

I think he told him he now had two choices:

A) He commits suicide by hanging himself in the pantry in the next five minutes.

B) If not, he will be skinned alive, his body then rubbed with chili powder and finally roasted alive over low flame, thus being put to a death the devil himself would be afraid of.

I guess that's what he told him... :-)

reply

Obviously, he told him he was not worthy to be part of the menu.

So either he finished himself off or they were gonna do it for him, possibly in the garbage disposal.

Slowik definitely told Tyler that he wasn't worthy of being part of the menu. I don't think he needed to threaten him into suicide though as Tyler was absolutely desperate to earn Slowik's approval. I think Slowik likely told Tyler that he could redeem himself by hanging himself in the pantry.

^^This!^^

Probably something about him not being worthy.

But at the same time I think the whole thing around Tyler was a bit shaky. I mean was he an asshole for taking her there even knowing that they would be killed? Of course. But at the same time it just seems like he loved food and to tase things and it feels like they did a big thing of him not being able to cook.

So don't think all of the things he got in the end.

reply

likely that he is not worthy of his acceptance, or that he could never like him, etc and then go and hang yourself with your tie. LOL
