Thank God for the ending...

I was gonna start a riot if Rosamund didn't get what's coming to her. However, it would've been a ballsy move to have her get away with it.

I am so glad for the ending

reply

I just finished it and came here thinking the same thing. Lol!

reply

Did I miss the end? Don't they become partners? Which really made no sense when she had full control.

reply

Yes, it sounds like you missed the end.

***** SPOILERS *****

After she leaves the TV station where she was interviewed about what a great businesswoman she is, as she is walking to her car the guy from the very beginning of the movie (the one who had tried to get into the care home to see his mother, who was one of Marla's victims) shoots her dead.

reply

Oh yea I'm not sure how I forgot that exactly. I guess I was just so disappointed with the Russians not being able to finish her off. And then teaming up with the Russians. So that ending didn't leave me fully satisfied. It also just kinda happened and then that was it.

reply

the whole thing with the mobs was so ... stupid.

NO mafia boss would do that without making sure she doesn't escape from that car ...

reply

Oh, I could accept that the mafia goons fucked up and she survived. I could even accept that she managed to get the mob boss under her care like she did all the old people.... But what was simply implausible and downright ridiculous was the the mob boss and her going in as partners. I'm sure he might have come up with the plan to get free... but his mother would never have allowed her son to let the bitch live nor would a russian mobster ever allow someone that fucked with their mother to live. As soon as he was free he would have killed her himself along with the idiots that fucked up killing her to begin with.

reply

Yeah, I was hoping that the eldedly woman was not actually his mother, but something else. Idk, like Roman actually manipulated her for decades so he could became what he is today. Thing as despicable as that.

After we realise that Roman doesn't actually care about this woman that actually is not his mother it would bring the evilness to another level. And when they join forces, now double the evilness!

Then the movie should end there. People would be like wtf?! This movie is fucked up!

I think that's stronger than the cop-out ending this movie actually has. She died in one shot. Ok, basically a weak ripoff of The Departed.

How did you miss the ending

SPOILER ------------------

If she wasn't killed at the end I was going to jump into the TV screen and kill her.
