I'm also from Holland, and neither have I. I just saw this excellent film yesterday, thought it was a pity they didn't use a Dutch actor for the part of Vincent Tabak. Not that there is a rich picking of actors to choose from in this country, but surely they must have been able to find one? This actor's Dutch was ridiculous! Shame.

Hi Drmccormack! I always put on the subtitles, partly because of the accents/mumbling (English is not my first language) and also because the plot is so complicated. ;) I do enjoy it, but I was a bit disappointed to hear Lorna say to an urchin on the beach "are you okay." Was that a slip up or was it intentional, to appeal to younger audiences?!
Oh yes, and I like Taboo, I just find it a bit complicated, so I'm happy with this board!!
