well, i tell you, strange to hear apartments being discussed in a stoneage story. pebbles serving with rollerscates on reminded of kelly bundy's gig in "married with children". notice about 18 minutes in, from the angle it looks like wilma doesn't have a face, it's clear they use the same voice actors for different persons and animals, talking about the swedish version here, also notice fred looks exactly the same in the flashback of his and wilma's wedding, the wedding in rock vegas was the coolest wedding i've seen though wilma was crying, also fred putting on a moustache and his own family doesn't recognise him was funny. many of the use of the dinosours in the play ground seemed completely useless and could be replaced with a rock or a tree. even though the story is about pebbles and bamm bamm it isn't one of those terrible junior stories and it includes plenty of fred and barney. 🎳 πŸ† 🐲 🐒 🐸 πŸ”₯ πŸ•― πŸšͺ as you turn around, my jaw drop to the ground, tounge like a carpet roll out, you walk on the kisser and words came about. hehe. this has like the dullest of everything, the bond palest bond girls, and the main girl (holly goodhead) is so angry and off putting, bond even refers to her as chilly at one scene, not as chilly as the girls in the amazonas though, the villain is pale, and he has the most annoying hench man who gets a jolly speeding up the centrifuge, goodness it felt good when bond threw him crashing out the window. this is the last appearance of the original m actor, and what a funny exchange with q "balls, q?", and bond's line "i fell out of an airplane" and moneypenny just laughs was funny, speaking of that airplane bit, the stuntman looked nothing like jaws, by the way, bit odd how jaws is in the opening sequence then doesn't appear until almost an hour in. the soundtrack to this is the only one not including the famous bond theme, on every album up to 1985 anyway, i don't care about the bond franchise after the moore connery era, already the 1980s bonds seem to lose some flair, someone commented they looked like tv movies, they certainly became more violent, they should never have let john glen direct. this is the only bond i've seen advertisement in, i heard it happens in the modern ones. the boat scene in venice was odd and fun, and when bond is flirting with the male nurse. this is the second time in the franchise someone has ended up between a females teeth in a billboard, the other being "from russia with love", they picked someone with great choppers too, not as great as cnn's rosemary church, but certainly much lovelier than jaws. i had just seen dr. no before this, you can imagine what a switch it was to this 007 in space. pardon my english, it's not my first language. πŸš€ πŸŒ• πŸ•΄ πŸ’« ⭐️ 🌟 🌍 πŸ” 🚑 🚠 🚁 🏍 🚀 πŸš‘ πŸ›© πŸŽͺ when the moon is out, you come around, and outshine with your stunning light, soul surfin on your fair rays, though spring night feel like hot summer day, groovy colours you left on the stars, after you walk off. oh... i thought it looked funny as she put the thing on her chatty costumer at the barbershop, and hackman's hat dripping a great amount of water. the leader sounded so funny when he said "are you stupid?" (his voice has been in a couple of twilight zone radio dramas), i also found the mayor and sheriff was so funny. the difference of the two leading men going about it differently in styles makes it a great contrast, how this purdy guy acting a hero by sitting besides at the table causing the kid to really get in trouble, then hackman finally goes "from now on we'll do things my way". look at that big guy that sure runs fast for a large fellow. as mentioned before on this board the interviews looked so real. 🌾 πŸ’ 🌷 🌹 πŸ₯€ 🌺 🌸 🌼 🌻 vacation at grenada, under the moon you shine every night, and like the sun taking spirit high, now at grenada hardly notice colourful flowers, as you stand out like no other, and walkin the beach bare feet, like a dog i wanna hump at your knees, travellin to grenada with my fairest lady. remake it? heck no. i can't stand remakes, love sequels though. there is an actor in this that later played a bad guy in the eddie murphy beverly hills cop, and i think this was the only time i've seen him play a good day, baddies ever since, for i while i even expected him to be a phony in on it, but what you thought would happen did, just like you knew before hand what would happen to the prison guards in the beginning of the movie, goodness those punks got to me (as well some of reggie's mockery attitude), couldn't wait to see what's coming to the punky bad guys. what a great soundtrack, i had to get it on cd, and what a cool looking bridge. not being in an english speaking country i got this with subtitles, there are distant voices i figure you wouldn't get without subtitles. murphy doesn't appear until far into the movie. πŸš” 🎧 πŸ—„ πŸš“ 🚘 🚨 first class flying your economy, to deserts arabian heat, gives my heart heavy beats, rub your nose so exotic, to mine so honky tonky, your tan body and feverish eyes, your long legs my eyes climb, your pouting lips made me slip and i fell to the ground. the main bond girl's personality in this is so off putting, constant being a bitch and even leaves bond deserted in the desert to die at the hands of jaws and she looks pissed most of the time, i wish bond had ended up with some other female in the movie. i find the final part of the movie runs pretty slow, like in that way "thunderball" had overlong underwater scenes. bond looks so funny in the desert tent and the scene has great humour. here we go again, a female shot in the back while in the arms of bond. this is the only time i've seen bond body slam someone, by the way, check out hulk hogan bodyslam andre the giant, andre was considered as jaws in this i've heard. notice how bond like the spy in the beginning looks, like a match between roger moore and george lazenby, the opening reminds of the opening to "a view to a kill" (1985), i think i've read this was moore's favorite of his bond movies and the least his final "a view to a kill". sandor's part sure wasn't big compared to jaws, unusual how m doesn't appear until far into the movie if i got that right, the actor playing general gogol is so good, just the face expressions and the way he delivers the news of the death of the spy who loved her. πŸ•΄ β›· 🚿 🦈 πŸͺ 🐫 🏜 🚚 πŸ– β›± living in memories of yesterday, every one has gone away, and not a town look the same, new technology though, that i dont know, wandering through gods earth alone, and i dont feel at home here any more. hear, hear. well i hadn't seen this since i was a kid and forgot what daring scenes it has, it implied suitable for all ages and sort of comedy like, not like the 1930s one starring boris karloff. the titles are rolling five minutes into the movie. strange watching the hanging part then become jolly company and acting different with environment, i don't think i ever saw the sequels as kid. check out the weird done grow led into the camera. this has strayed pretty far from the 1930s movie story, messy, special effects, and doesn't have the mystique, and unlike other mummy versions i've seen this includes humour, we can't have that 😠 . i wonder why the little guy didn't run before the mummy made him his slave. you never see any grotesque scenes, this was obviously suited for a wide range of age groups, never checked out the sequels, as this aired again i had planned to watch it but found it so grotesque it put me off. my favorite version remains karloff's from the 1930s. so what's the title of these mummy movies in england? 😺 🐫 β˜€οΈ 🦞 dont need solar energy, close to your high voltage steam beam, technology seem frail and pointless, as youre a natural livin special effect, no other creation comes close in reach, and your solar energy is too much for me. and the only one without sharks, right? πŸ™‚ wow, the lip πŸ‘„ syncing sure don't match at some places, and what's up with the echo when the professor is speaking... any more bright ideas professor? 🧐 at least on the version i saw, spoiler, odd how bond gave him one more gunshot in the ass, what a beautiful shot of london at the beginning, this doesn't have an opening sequence as the following bond flicks, differs from the rest like "never say never again", it has the trademark gun barrel opening though, which is actually lacking or remade in some of the recent bonds i think, i haven't seen them, got to be connery or moore. that is one short tie bond is wearing, notice also they're not wearing seat bealts. i remember bbc pointing out how sylvia trench set off bond with his trademark bond, james bond as she first introduces herself as trench, sylvia trench, (by the way bbc, stop zooming out laura trevelyan you geniuses) both sylvia trench and jack lord were suppose to be re occurring actors but lord wanted too much money and sylvia trench only returned for one more flick, the role of felix returned of course but with other actors, i don't know what happened after "license to kill" though as i don't watch the movies made after 1985, here bond had only heard of leiter. takes a long time before the main bond girl in this shows up. i don't recall ever anywhere else with saying who are you "ringing" rather than "calling". i'm surprised bond's hat didn't fly off when in the speeding one. πŸ•΄πŸ» πŸ•· eye landed on your unbuttoned shirt, looked up saw you beam of flirt, drew me in with your curl, youre so hot it hurts. sounded like some reaction from stewie griffin. well the reason i watched this years ago was because of the fight between lee and norris, some later bruce lee movie has norris pasted from this and include him in the credits. i expected a much more active and full board to this movie, i thought it was lee's most well known flick with exception from his final (enter the dragon). what a different cool unexpected opening credits, the end credits were weird too. that waitress πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ went all in on the italian gestures, didn't she, by the way, i've never seen so many bowls πŸ₯£ πŸ₯£ πŸ₯£ πŸ₯£ πŸ₯£ at the table eating out of it, also check out that 1960s fashion like room. this movie looked like a comedy at first, and a good fifteen minutes in before any english at all, the dubbing was really out there, like a spoof almost, even norris was dubbed, the uncle gave a really long speech at one point, and wow the nudity of the western girl came unexpected, one of the bad guys at first looked like ben dover from "fletch". what a weird toilet scene. there sure was a lot of the boxes πŸ“¦ falling and crashing. i don't know about your version but my picture froze once. did the cat 🐱 get any credit 🐈. πŸŽ₯ πŸ“½ 🎞 you stayed backstage, while other ladies came to dance, in my soul got pain, its a low down dirty shame, this dance floor im leaving now, longing back to a better time, when this was a party place, and you were here everyday. "hey pesci, here's a nickel, say yugoslavia.", they should've cut the hair a bit on robert shaw's stuntman, or should i say fall guy. pedro armendariz makes his final movie here, i've also seen him in "captain sindbad" from the same year, and the great western "3 godfathers" (1948). bond sure slaps women around a lot in the movies. this is the only bond flick where the theme (title) song doesn't appear in the opening credits, well i suppose you could say the same about "on her majesty's secret service". as brought up earlier on this board, i have to really agree that every scene with rosa klebb is unintentionally hilarious πŸ‘ž, sometimes i get her confused with ilse steppat from "on her majesty's secret service". πŸ•΅ πŸšƒ 🚞 πŸš† 🚁 🚀 the models i used, are gone and i have to find new, swimming across shore, trying to get summer vibe as they pose, body heat like beach like sun you shine, arms around like octopus trying to be here and now, but things you do her remind, stepped out of the frame, summer vibe couldnt recreate as my models have gone away. what a name, i reacted to that too, and the way bond just rattles off scaramanga's life story off hand when questioned by m, watching this it's easy to see why mike myers spoofed them in austin powers. marc lawrence (the gangster in the opening sequence) have like one speaking line, he, maud adams and j.w pepper in this appears in more than one bond flick, lawrence were also in diamonds are forever, maud adams in octopussy of course, and an extra in a view to a kill, j.w. in live and let die. another actor i recognise, being a guest at "fawlty towers", here appearing with q and in m's office, by the way, what a far out setting of m's office in the ship later on. goodnight is a funny bond girl. the pretending to be the wax figure was such a cool ending to the duel at dawn. the line "it's a four letter word and you're full of it" sounds so unexpected coming from bond. "a water pistol?". "goodnight, sir." πŸ•΄ β›± πŸ– πŸŒ… β›° πŸš£β€πŸ˜ πŸ›Ά πŸ₯‹ πŸ•΅οΈβ€ fellas around, females chased off the ground, big wild world knew as kid, has been reduced to this, a dog without a bone cant manage the yard, longing for yesterday when this place werent so messed up. View all replies >
