You got me. Just like the guy above you who figured it out a year ago. Albeit with considerably less hostility than you. Yeah, not terribly likely. You are really missing the point. Sorry for singling you out for my derision this evening. Be edgy and stuff..., and..., By whom? She was in a nice hotel. Nice hotels have room service. You want ice, they'll bring it to you. This question vexed you? You're really edgy and shit, even if you had to re-watch Aeon Flux to get there. Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to? I counted 8. You missed one. But, I don't recall any deception involved on the part of the movie. How is it that you feel they deceived you? It would very likely have been in use by the Hungarian military forces at the time. Mauserwerke made tons of them for export and they have been in military forces all over the world. Austria made rifles, but none ever achieved the popularity of the Mauser G and K 98's, which are arguably one of the finest bolt action military rifles ever made. I am paraphrasing something I read years ago explaining her inexplicable popularity, so this is not mine, but it seemed reasonable at the time. It doesn't matter that she has a reedy paper thin voice shakier than Michael J Fox in an earthquake or that her attempts to "rock" are laughably bad. What matters is that she is ridiculously adorable wearing a sundress and cowboy boots with those blond ringlets bouncing around that doe eyed pretty face. That aside, and with my apologies to MJF, she quite apparently does pop music quite well by any standard despite your particular critical take, and by all accounts, works very hard. View all replies >
