...the married couple... brutal.
The marble game episode was so well done. The gut wrenching realizations that the characters went through really hit home. Just imagine being the married couple. When 001 lets 456 know he knew what he did was great.
My daughter did a series rewatch and found several tipoffs that he was "different". Ex... he wasn't in the current year log book that the cop was looking through, it started at 002. He was outlined in a different way when seen through the Red light, Green light dolls eyes. The soldiers entered the dorm hall as soon as he started screaming out. There are others too.
"Would You Rather" is very similar in tone, brutality and procedure. Brittany Snow as the protagonist.
Could be wrong but I believe at that point, most still thought there could be multiple winners.
I hate the fact that you could be remotely correct here :-(.
In theory, a writer could be sitting there saying "...and after Scratch mass-hypnotizes them into seeing the blood pouring out of his lifeless body, then he just waits to escape from the morgue. Perfect."
It's either that, or he would need Melisandre / Thoros of Myr to bail him out.
I'm going to continue to hold to the belief that he is history. I've waited too long.
