These past few days, I watched The Chosen - Season 3 episode 3. I really love this show but this episode seemed to have more embellishment than usual. Sing Street - Oh boy this was fantastic, I even did one of the songs for Karaoke on Saturday Don't Pick up the Phone - Netflix. Watched the entire first episode and half of the second, it was too late. Extremely disturbing and made me angry and how dumb people can be when it comes to obeying perceived authority. I just looked this up, and they are advertising their event as 2hrs 10 minutes so I think a solid hour each per episode. That was one thing that I did not/do not like about the Disney+ Star Wars shows is their run time is a big short - I probably should care about quality more though but in a TV series you can take your time. Are you speculating? I cant imagine anything more than 1 hour, I actually reckon Cinemark might be a good source. Racists likely are upset with non whites getting roles, that being said not everyone not enamored with Obi Wan is a racist. Did I see Obi wan 3 months ago? Nope, but have I seen it now, and yes I am really underwhelmed with the story, acting and some of the cast - the aesthetic is great but teh Inquisitors look weird to me. Is that what you've taken away from the posts from those not impressed - the reason is because of the inquisitors color of skin? Ive read dozens of posts about Obi Wan on this site and others and not a single person expressed the reason they don't like is because she is black, their arguments are because they "believe" she was hired only because of the color of skin and many comment on her poor acting.if its true she was hired because of skin tone, then it would also be true to say that someone else wasn't hired because of their skin tone. Epi 1 - 8 out of 10 Ep 2 - 6 out of 10. I loved episode one, there were a few casting choices I was not thrilled with bit it all started really well. The emotional state of Ben is very intreaging. Ep 2 - it all happened very fast, action sequences very underwhelming, seeing Ben in a very risky situation and all he has for cover is wearing his hood up with his saber on display as a few characters commented on it. Leia - didnt expect her to be so prominent but the way she is written - its not clicking for me. The girl looks the part but ranking pretty high on the Mary Sue scale IMO. The Inquisitor baddie - was that the best actress available? Im glad the episodes are a decent length but they sure seem in a hurry. How did the fact checkers debunk the claims, did they pay for the geo data as well? Alfonso Cuaron for me You'll never make the six. View all replies >
