No, sorry you're wrong I started but once the singing started I immediately turned it off. Hard pass on musical episodes. It’s bloody Star Trek not friggin Frozen. Possibly but every woman has a contraceptive implant, couples had to apply to become pregnant and even then the government and judicial were only allowing compliant less resistant people to actually get pregnant. The doctor was involved in that conspiracy and admitted to it towards the end. Inbreeding was probably another reason to heavily regulate the population and who and when they could have a child. It wasn't explained apart from the deputy was worried about passing it on to his kid, I thought it was Huntingtons, something we're aware of obviously but the population of the Silo wouldn't be due to historical records being destroyed in the rebellion. To my mind, one reason was so that they could be sure people leaving the silo would clean. Another maybe was that its a fail safe in case the dodgy tape trick didn't work, an individual would leave the silo and think fuck me I can take my helmet off like the sheriff, they then die in the toxic atmosphere. It does seem like a lot of trouble to go through but then again making sure whoever leaves dies before they pass the hill and have everyone in the silo see that happen is a method of control and that's what silo was all about, the mayor and judicial struggling to maintain 10000 people and not have them rebel again, even if it meant suppressing the truth. My interpretation was that everyone cleaned because they saw the hologram of the grass and field, they wanted everyone to know. The old agoraphobic woman had the tape switched so the suit didn’t leak and stayed sealed, not letting any of the toxic air in. Plus there being multiple silos now all next to each other, probably what the door in the deep is for, connecting them all. No, the finale is shockingly bad. Don’t waste your time. This ^^^ She was a power hungry crazy person. Seriously, I marathoned it all again, back to back and its much easier to see. View all replies >
