Being that it was Tom's debut on the big screen he did an amazing job with the Dallas character. RIP.
Because John Doe planned everything meticulously, I doubt Somerset could convincingly deceive Mills about the contents of the box. Doe got into Mills' head the very minute he let him live after the chase. Nothing Somerset could have said in that moment would have changed anything.
After a long discussion on the Burbs online community board, and some good ol diggin', we came to the conclusion that they are from Austria, most likely they have/had ties to the nazis.
