Made for TV movie

This might be a real long shot, but I'm pretty sure this scene is from a made for TV movie from the 80's. It might have even been a Wonderful World of Disney movie (at least that's what it was called in Canada). So it's a period movie about slavery I think, but the only scene that I remember from the entire movie is there is this somewhat bratty girl, with long brown curly hair, and she is walking on the fence around the pig sty? I don't totally remember but I think there is a black child who is most likely a slave with her. She falls off the fence, and I think he catches her. While another slave is carrying her to the house, she sees blood and freaks out, but then sees she isn't bleeding. The man tells her that it was the boys blood and the girl was stunned that black people had the same colour blood as white people.

That is all I remember and I'm not even sure that I'm remembering it correctly. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
