It may be a reference to the ancient story of the Sword of Damocles. It has become a metaphor which represents someone living under a constant threat: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damocles#Sword_of_Damocles
That video looks like the Sword of Damocles on steroids.

I think it was inspired by the movie Knives Out, which came out late November 2019, a little over 4 months from when the video is dated. It's set in the mansion of a murder mystery author and he has a knife sculpture in one room that looks similar.
