It’s revisionist history and they’ve been doing it since the 1960s when they infiltrated education like a cancer.
They can't introduce those until after the reset and the asylums are built. This happened in the 1800's. The children(Also known as "Foundlings") were shipped all over the world on the "Orphan Trains". Any adults that didn't go along with it all were either killed or put into the "Insane Asylums" that all started being closed in the mid-20th century once all the dissidents were dead.
