The FBI office in New York leaked documents about Hillary Clinton two weeks before the election.

A week before the election, the manufacturers of consent, the New York Times, reported that Donald Trump isn't under investigation for his campaign's ties to Russia.

The "Deep State", by its very definition would be a fascist organization. This is evinced by the fact that US intelligence agencies have promoted or instigated or supported fascist coups all over Central and South America for decades. No wonder the Deep State effected the rise of Donald Trump to the presidency. They wanted a fascist for a president.
