its (D)ifferent when dems commit crimes. the investigation will reveal that the stolen documents were "accidentally" misplaced.

its a crime when a VP steals top secret documents. A President has the constitutional authority to declassify documents.

it still hasnt been proven by a court of law that Trump didnt declassify secret documents.

if its a crime to have top secret documents then Trump and Biden should both be in jail. but we know that dems will never convict one of their own.

the investigation will be dragged out for so long that everyone will forget about it.

Trump was not supposed to have those documents, there is no way around that. Neither should Biden. Notice what a hard time you have condemning Trump for the same thing that you have no problem calling Biden a criminal for. You've been defending Trump for MONTHS!

Trump had his secured in his house and he only had them for 18 months. Diaper Joe had his stored in a garage and had them for 6 years. Diaper Joe is guilty for violating the law of storing classified documents.

So, lawyers are searching for documents ? I don't think the lawyers have a security clearance for that. Isn't that the reason FBI agents handle this sort of thing? You know like about 15 of them at 4 am .

Why would Biden need to have Classified documents anyway? Is it true that these have been prior to him becoming President?

Ok so they were dated 2013-2016. Also "Biden ignored multiple shouted questions from reporters about his handling of classified documents on Tuesday".

Is Biden really going to embrace following in Trump's footsteps? He definitely doesn't need to have a 2nd term if that is the case.

Dems want him out. That was my very first thought when the news first hit regarding the first batch of documents. Their modus operandi is to deny the facts no matter how obvious or provable, so any recognition of fact is a strategic move.
