Classic slow shuffling zombies or modern fast parkouring zombies

Which one do you prefer? I'm all for the slow ones, wether we're talking fiction or a real scenario.

reply

It's a little easier to believe zombies taking over the world when they are fast and aggressive, like in the Dawn of the Dead remake.

A slow zombie outbreak would end like Shaun of the Dead.

reply

Depends how the virus would spread and at what pace.

reply

I don't particularly like zombie movies, but I guess I Am Legend qualifies. I know some super strong zombie was breaking the glass at the end of the movie. I forget what Will Smith did about it.

reply

I think he blew them up or something.

reply

Of course slow. The entire horror of a zombie apocalypse is the ever approaching end, the sheer number and vast hopelessness of it all. There is only so long you can run and hide before it overtakes you. That's the dread of zombies, not being chased down by a track star.

reply

True that.

I liked the concept of Aaah! Zombies! (2007) where the film was from the zombie's point of view and everyone else was moving super quickly.

Honestly, I think that if the zombies are rising from the grave they should be slow, if they are newly infected then I think they can move quickly or slowly.

reply

I have to see that one.

reply

It's kinda funny, but fizzles out.

reply

Still sounds pretty unique.

reply

Zombies that drive, Uber or take mass transit

reply

That could be terrifying. The zombies just casually takes the subway to where you are hiding XD

reply

or when those subway doors open

reply

Makes me think of the beginning of Resident Evil Zero.

reply

no idea but I'll take your word for it

reply

It's not a subway, it's a normal train, but it's full of zombies.

reply

You're not going to believe this, but I've never watched anything with zombies in it.

But I'd choose creepy slow-moving zombies. In fiction. If there were such a thing as zombies, I'd choose the same but my reasoning would be totally different ;p

reply

If it's true you never did i'm just impressed you have managed to avoid it :-D

reply

I didn't say it was easy! 😄

reply

Still very impressive.

reply

It took talent and fortitude, if I do say so myself.

reply

I'm sure XD
